DEGREE DECLARATION
Changes to your current degree sought can be made my using the form below. It is the STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to complete this form, obtain the necessary signatures, and submit it to the Registrar's Office. A form that is missing signatures CANNOT be accepted by the Registrar's Office. This completed form can be hand delivered to the Enrollment Services Suite (UC260), scanned and emailed to Registrar@tamut.edu, or faxed in to (903) 223-3140.
