Dr. Craig Howard

Craig received his doctoral degree from Indiana University Bloomington in Instructional Systems Technology and holds an MA from Teachers College Columbia University in TESOL.  Craig studies how we support and develop critical discourse in learners via computer-mediated learning environments. Prior to Texas A&M-Texarkana, Craig held lectureships at The City University of New York, Georgia Tech, and Kanda University of International Studies, in Chiba, Japan. Craig’s articles have appeared in Instructional Science, Educational Technology and the International Journal of Designs for Learning

Dr. Kevin Williams

Kevin received his doctoral degree from Dakota State University in Information Systems with an emphasis in knowledge management, data management and decision support systems and holds MS degrees in Information Systems and Business.  Kevin’s primary research interests center on E-Learning and Social Networking.
