Q1. Where do I go for help with my Email account?
A1. Please send in a WORK ORDER detailing your problem and where you can be contacted.
Q2. Where can I find help with the classroom technology?
A2. There are instructions left in each classroom. For further assistant, call the IT Helpdesk at 6603.
Q3. How do faculty and staff get university email on their mobile phone/device?

Q4. How do faculty or staff change their email password from on or off campus?

Q5. Who do I contact when I have forgotten my email/computer password?
A5. Please call IT at 903-334-6603 and have your UIN or Student ID available for verification.
Q6. How do students get Acemail on their mobile phone/device?

Q7. Where can students find computer help on campus?
A7. There is generally a computer lab assistant on duty in the Library Open Access lab the same hours that the Library is open. The IT Helpdesk is available for help also. Call 903-334-6603 off campus or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q8. Student cannot see any of their Blackboard courses and they are logged into Blackboard.
A8. Blackboard courses are not available until the very first day of the semester you have registered for. If there is a problem, please send a request to email@example.com.
