1. This is an official statement of University Rules relating to smoking in University buildings, effective January 1, 1992. It replaces prior Policy Number III G 21.1.
2. Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances in the Aikin Instructional Systems Center, the John F. Moss Library or any other university buildings on the campus of Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
3. This rule will be enforced by the Campus Security Office.
4. This rule will remain effective until amended or rescinded.

6. The Office of the President is responsible for maintaining this rule.
