"Administrator End-of-Year Evaluation" on each ACP Intern. This
form is completed online and electronically submitted to the ACP
Office
Professional Development and
Appraisal System (PDAS)
Due May 1st- Provide a copy of the PDAS to the ACP Office for
each ACP Intern. May be submitted by administrator or intern to ACP
