    Administrator End-of-Year Evaluation Form

  • Due May 1st- School Administrators are to compete an "Administrator End-of-Year Evaluation" on each ACP Intern. This form is completed online and electronically submitted to the ACP Office


  • Professional Development and Appraisal System (PDAS)

  • Due May 1st- Provide a copy of the PDAS to the ACP Office for each ACP Intern. May be submitted by administrator or intern to ACP Office, PO Box 5518, Texarkana, TX 75505
