Where
will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered directly to the classroom, just like when you
order from the paper catalog flyer. Your child's teacher will distribute the
items directly to your child.
When will
I receive my order?
Once your child's teacher submits the class order, the items will arrive in the
classroom in less than two weeks.
Will my
child's teacher see my credit card information?
No. Billing information is submitted to Scholastic only, using Scholastic's
secure server and the latest technology to protect credit card information. We
guarantee secure commerce transactions by encrypting all credit card
information so that it cannot by read as it travels
to our ordering system. Once it is received, it is stored in a location not
accessible via the Internet.
Will
other parents see what I have ordered online?
No. Your title selections are completely secure and will only be sent to your
child's teacher.
Can I pay
by cash or check when ordering online?
No. You must use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or
Discover) to place a Club order online.
When will
my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until the items you have ordered have been
shipped to the classroom.
What if
there is a problem with a product I have ordered?
If you encounter a problem with any product you have ordered, please return the
item to your child's teacher. The teacher will return it to Scholastic and an
exchange or a refund will be sent to the teacher to give to you. If a refund is
requested, a check will be issued, your credit card
will not be reimbursed.

Can I
return an item?
Yes. Every purchase comes with Scholastic's unconditional satisfaction
guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it
for an exchange or full refund — no questions asked. Simply return the item to
your child's teacher.
How do I
redeem coupons my child has earned?
Currently, coupons cannot be redeemed when ordering online. If you would like
to use any coupons with your order, please fill-out the coupons and present
them to your child's teacher to include with the class order
