Peter Racheotes called the meeting to order at 12:17 pm.
The following agenda items were discussed:

1. Approval of minutes

2. Dr. Racheotes shared headcount numbers for the spring semester.

3. Faculty workload policy
           Workload policy was discussed. A concern was expressed that a few faculty members were being assigned an overload with minimal compensation.

4. Faculty were encouraged to apply for funds for research enhancement.
           Deadline for application: February 16

5. Faculty Evaluation
           Racheotes discussed a very positive meeting he had with Dr. Johnson. Discussion followed regarding how the faculty evaluation could be modified.
