How do I apply?

If you have access to the internet, we request that you complete your application online. Please go to www.applytexas.org and follow the instructions to complete the online application. If you do not have access to the internet, please submit the paper application available in the Admissions office.

Can I bring in my transcripts even if the envelope is sealed?

Have all official transcripts sent to A&M-Texarkana from each college or university you have attended. Please note: A&M-Texarkana does not accept hand carried transcripts, transcripts mailed by student, or transcripts that state “Issued to Student”. Transcripts must be mailed from the issuing college or university.

What is student to teacher ratio?

15 to 1

Do you have on-campus housing?

Not at this time…but there are several housing options available in the surrounding area.

Can I apply for more than one scholarship?

Yes. We have one application per term that qualifies each applicant for all scholarships available in that term. Students should access the Recruitment website at least once a month for all available scholarships

Can I receive more than one scholarship?

Yes. Depending on eligibility, you can receive numerous scholarships.

If my scholarship is renewable, do I still have to apply next term?

Yes. You must submit another application.

If I have a scholarship from A&M-Texarkana what happens if I drop a class?

There is a possibility you might owe repayment on your scholarship OR you might not be eligible for the full amount next term. Notify the recruitment office as soon as possible at 903-223-1353.
