A&M University-Texarkana hosts the Summer Leadership Camp each year. The goal of the camp is to provide prospective students, interested in seeking certification in Special Education, an opportunity to visit with faculty, staff, and A&M-Texarkana students. Focusing on Special Education careers, the camp is an exciting time for students to receive valuable information on the enrollment process, financial aid and scholarships in an informal setting. Every year camp is different and exciting, particularly because students plan the activities and participate as camp counselors. |
