Spring Fling 2011
A&M-Texarkana's first ever Spring Fling Week will take place from April 11-15th. We have some AMAZING activities in store for all of our AWESOME students all week long!
Check out a schedule of events for that week:
Monday:
Grill-n-Chill with Steve Means. From 11am-2pm, you can come and eat some
FREE FOOD and listen to some great tunes by Steve Means outside of the University Center. Check Steve out here:
Tuesday:
Club Olympics. All student organizations are welcome! The events include: Dizzy Bat Race, Egg Toss, Tricycle Race, Relay Race, Pyramid Building Race, Oranges Race, and the Water Cup Challenge. The Olympics will take place from 11am-2pm in front of the University Center.
Skate Night: We have reseved Skate America Fun Center (3706 New Boston Road) from 7pm-9pm for all of our students and their families to come and skate for FREE! We will be the only ones there, so it will a great, fun experience!
Wednesday:
SPRINGFEST! We will have inflatables, music, and spray paint art going on outside all day long (from 11am-5pm) in front of the University Center so that we may all take part in bouncy boxing, bungee run, and a giant obstacle course!
Thursday:
Free Henna Tattoos on the first floor of the University Center from 11am-3pm.
Student Awards Dinner at 6:00pm in Eagle Hall. This event requires an RSVP.
Friday:
Outdoor Move: "No Strings Attached"
We will be showing the pre-released feature, No Strings Attached, outside at dusk (around 7:30pm). This event is BYOB (Bring Your Own Blanket-or lawn chair) and enjoy a free show out under the stars.
