What if I can't login to my course?

First, make sure that you are typing the correct course name and password.

Second, check to make sure that you are typing your username and/or password in correctly. Both of these are case sensative which means that they have to be typed exactlly how you typed them in when you created them. Checked to make sure caps lock is off and if you use numbers on the keypad, that num lock is on.
