Catalog Description:

This course is designed to allow the student to understand security issues related to corporate networks including wide area networks, private networks, and networks that use the internet. Digital encryption and digital signatures will be discussed and how these technologies are used in business will be explained. The risks of electronic communication and electronic access to company records will be reviewed.
