The following specifications have been approved by the Administrative Council.

These quotes are updated regularly and are therefore current. You may print the desired quote and attach it to your purchase order.

NOTE: Dell no longer sells desktop computers with a Zip drive.

Laptop Specifications:

An Exception Justification Form must accompany all laptop purchase requests.

• Laptop specifications with docking station (Number 2 on list)
• Laptop specifications with docking station and 19" flat panel monitor (Number 3 on list)

• HP LaserJet P4515x

NOTE: When ordering a printer be sure and order the appropriate USB cable.

If you require something other than what is on the specification, complete the Exception Justification form and forward to your vice president for review before requesting a price quote.
