The Success Center
The Success Center (SC) is located in University Center, Suite 330.
The purpose of the Success Center is to promote student success by providing academic support services to A&M-Texarkana students. The Success Center offers tutorials and study strategies to enhance students’ academic success. Students have access to a computer lab to write papers, perform research, and complete academic tutorials in several disciplines.
Tutoring
Professional and peer tutors offer academic assistance in math, English, writing, and the biological and physical sciences courses to A&M-Texarkana students. Success Center tutors provide individual and small group tutoring sessions. Tutors answer questions about course content and aid in the comprehension of course material. Tutors will assist students in improving academic achievement by clarifying learning problems and working on study skills.
