Advising Resources
The Academic Calendar can be found online. It will provide you with important dates, such as when the semester begins and ends, the last day for dropping a course, and campus holidays.
The updated schedule of classes will be offered prior to registration. You can review course offerings to get an idea of your schedule prior to advising. Write these down and bring them with you to your advising meeting.
You will sign a degree declaration form once you complete 30 hours and satisfy TSI requirements and complete a full year of academic coursework. Until that time, you will use the tentative degree plans that are available online.
You can find out more about courses by searching the Course Descriptions. This will tell you what prerequisites are required for a class and a little about what you can expect from a class.
