The
Writing
Center is located in Aikin 138.
Tutors in the Writing Center will assist with the following tasks:
- Idea Generation
- Paper Organization
- Paper Revision
Tutors will not write papers for students or edit papers without
assistance from the papers' writers.
Tutors are not required to remain in the Writing Center beyond
their assigned hours. Please respect the posted hours.
Follow these tips to maximize the potential of a visit to the
Writing
Center:
- Visit the writing center early in the writing process.
- Bring the assignment's description.
- Bring any sources collected for the assignment.
- Bring a soft copy as well as a hard copy of the assignment.
