Zoel
Kelly was born in Houston, Texas. In his youth, Zoel lived
in New Mexico where
he gained an appreciation for the culture
and history of the Land of
Enchantment. After his return to the
Lone Star State, Zoel pursued his education
goals at Texas A&M
University in Texarkana, Texas. His hobbies include fishing
and
reading.
