Partners
The ETRC involves many partners working together to achieve a common goal:
- Institutions of
higher education:
- Texas A&M University-Texarkana and Texarkana College.
- Local independent
school districts:
- Bloomburg, Chapel Hill, DeKalb, Hooks, Hughes Springs, Liberty-Eylau, New Boston, Pittsburg, Pleasant Grove, Redwater and Texarkana.
- Private School
- St. James Day School
- Others who contribute time or resources to
the program include:
- AEP/SWEPCO, Lone Star Ammunition Plant, Texarkana Water Utilities, Western Waste, Tri-State Iron and Metal Company
