The specific format for this project is not yet posted.  The general assignment, however, is that we will conduct an analysis of a class client's service operation.  The client provides family counseling services.  In teams of three or four people, we will each develop a flowchart of current service delivery operations, a fishbone chart of of issues in the production of the product, and a blueprint of proposed service production and employee training.  The deliverables will be a written proposal and a presentation from each team.
