Information regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is changing rapidly and being made available as the situation changes. A&M System Benefits Administration is monitoring the news and updates, they have provided the below location to update any changes or additions to coverage that may occur due to COVID-19. If you have any questions that aren't addressed there, please contact HR@tamut.edu

Wellness Premium Incentive

Completing an annual wellness exam and the MyEvive Health Assessment is the only way to ensure that you have the lowest rate for your health insurance premiums. 

Highlights of the Wellness Incentive:

  • Have a wellness exam and one of the other four incentives in MyEvive between September 1 and June 30. (For FY2020, the deadline has been extended to August 31.) 
  • Applies to employees AND covered spouses enrolled in the A&M Care Plan.
  • A premium differential of $30 per month will be added to the premium for each individual (you and your spouse) who does not complete the wellness exam incentive and health assessment by the June 30 deadline.
  • Retirees will automatically receive the lower premium.

Logging into your MyEvive account to check your incentive status:

  • Go to tamus.myevive.com and log in
  • Click on the “Check my wellness incentive” card
Contact MyEvive member services if you believe you have completed the exam incentive, but the information is not reflected in your MyEvive account. (note: remember that it can take 6 to 8 weeks from the time of your wellness exam for the claim to process and the incentive to show on your MyEvive account)

How to Complete Benefit Changes in Workday 

All employee and retiree benefits changes will be made in Workday effective 12/17/2017! Log into sso.tamus.edu to get to your Workday account.
