Start Screen Sharing

1. Click the green Share Screen button at the bottom of the Zoom application

2. Select Screen and click the blue Share button

Sharing a PowerPoint presentation

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation as you normally would.
2. Start the slide show.
3. Share the screen as shown above. The slide presentation will be visible both on the projector and in the Zoom virtual environment.

Sharing the Document Camera

1. Open the appropriate document camera sharing app on the desktop. Note: the Easy Interactive app is depicted as it is used in University Center classrooms and is the most common. For other buildings, consult these user guides.

 

2. Select the document camera from the menu. Note that the Easy Interactive application menu is shown as it is what is installed in the University Center and is the most common. Refer to these user guides for the application installed in your building.

 

3. Position the sheet you are sharing under the document camera and verify that it is visible on the computer monitor.

 

4. Share the screen as shown above. The document camera will be visible both to students in the classroom and those in the virtual meeting.
