2021 Spring Student Showcase of Academic Work

CONNECT 360 inspires students to connect the theory of a discipline and course content to real-world problems and needs. CONNECT 360 students will extend their academic knowledge and skills beyond the classroom through experiential learning (EL). The initiative, established as part of the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) in 2016, began as a robust five-year program throughout the campus in fall 2017. EL is a high-impact practice (HIP) within higher education today and has a powerful and positive impact on student learning and student persistence in college. The use of HIPs produces the types of skills employers need and want in contemporary college graduates.

According to Dr. Gaynell Green, QEP Director, the 2021 Spring Student Showcase of Academic Work includes contributions from programs within the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) and the College of Business, Engineering, and Technology (CBET). The programs represented in the 2021 Spring Student Showcase of Academic Work are Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Science/Electrical Engineering, Education, Education Leadership, Electrical Engineering, English, Mathematics, Nursing, Political Science, and Psychology. The CASE and CBET buttons below will take you the showcase for each college.
