Academic Affairs currently reports to the Office of the President while Texas A&M Univeristy-Texarkana conducts a search for the university’s next Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Applicants for faculty positions who hold credentials that do not conform to the standard U.S. transcript format must provide a course-by-course evaluation of credentials by the World Evaluation Services (WES) or another organization approved by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services as a component of their completed application packet. The transcript and other academic records must be accompanied by a notarized translation if they are not in English. The cost of this service must be paid by the applicant.

ACADEMIC AFFAIRS DIVISION
Associate Provost’s Office - provide assistance and support to the office of the Provost and Vice-President for Academic Affairs.
Office of Graduate Studies and Research - facilitates successful graduate education and application to professional studies programs (law school, medical school, physical therapy schools, etc.) and research opportunities for students and faculty.
College of Arts, Sciences, and Education - prepares lifelong learners who embrace diversity, think critically, communicate clearly, and lead effectively in a global society.
College of Business, Engineering, and Technology - provides an exceptional educational experience in preparing students for successful careers in accounting, management, marketing, finance, management information systems, and general business.
University Library and Information Literacy - preserves and provides access to information resources in both traditional and evolving technology formats.
