Create Examity Account

You are wanting to use Examity. You will need to fill out the form below that is sent to the testing center and create your examity account.

• Use the SAME email you indicated on the form to create your Examity Account.
• Once you create your EXAMITY account, you’ll receive an email with further instructions and login information necessary for taking your exams.   Please check your junk mail.
• Within EXAMITY, you need to fill out the profile information, which requires you to upload a picture of your ID.
