It's Cheaper - You will not be able to find an all-inclusive space in Texarkana for the price that we offer. Our rooms are fully furnished, all utilities are included, and we provide Internet service. Many rooms have microwaves and mini-fridges; four bedroom units have full size fridges and freezer space.

The Texas A&M University - Texarkana Police Department perform community rounds in the building every hour to hour and a half while Desk Attendants operate the front desk 24 hours a day.
