Library Cards
John F. Moss Library Card
For students, faculty, and staff, your university-issued ID card is also your library card. An ID card is required when using library services such as checking-out materials, adding money to your printing account, and changing your printing account password. Students who do not have an ID card may acquire one at the Student Life Office in University Center.
If you are a Texarkana College student, staff or faculty member, your TC-issued ID card will be required in order to check-out library materials.
Alumni
The Office of Alumni Relations provides services to numerous A&M-Texarkana graduates. One of these services is the ability to use the John F. Moss Library. As a current alumni member, you may borrow up to 10 books at a time (Best Seller titles limited to 5), access non-circulating items such as periodicals, reference books, microforms, and may request Inter-Library Loans. JFM Friends of the Library
The John F. Moss Library offers a library membership program for community patrons. As a Friend of the Library, you may borrow up to 10 books at a time (Best Seller titles limited to 5), access non-circulating items such as periodicals, reference books, and microforms, request Inter-Library Loans, and receive a limited parking pass for the Texas A&M University-Texarkana campus. TexShare
TexShare is a program of the Texas State Library and Archives Commission in partnership with academic and public libraries in Texas.
A TexShare card can be used at participating libraries to check out materials for research and study needs. Individual libraries set their own guidelines pertaining to how many items can be checked out and for how long.
Affiliated A&M-Texarkana library users can obtain a TexShare card at the Service Desk (phone 903-223-3100).
Please print and fill out the TexShare card application form and return it to the service desk or fax it to 903-334-6695.
