Hold Item

Request that a book(s) be pulled from the shelves and held at the Service Desk for pickup.  Once you’ve located the item you need in WorldCat Discovery, select the title link and it will give you information and options.  

Click the Place Hold Button.  This action will prompt you to sign in, if you have not before clicking the button. Next you will be taken to a screen to select and fill in additional information.  Processing time may take up to 48 hours.  If you need the book before then, please contact the Service Desk at 903-223-3100 for additional assistance.

Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan is a service used by students and faculty to secure books or items that this library does not own. These items include book chapters, journal articles, thesis, conferences, dissertations, government and technical reports. Users can request an ILL electronically via the library catalog and within some databases.
