Tax Information
Texas A&M University Texarkana cannot determine if a student qualifies for either the Hope Scholarship Tax Credit or the Lifetime Learning Tax Credit. Students and parents should obtain IRS publication 970, Tax Benefits for Higher Education and IRS form 8863 or contact their personal tax advisor for assistance. The IRS Website for obtaining forms and publications is http://www.irs.gov or you can call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040.
- 1098T Forms will be mailed out by January 31 each year
- For Tuition and Fee Statements, reprints of 1098Ts, or to request a correction, please contact the Business Office at 903-223-1354 or business.office@tamut.edu
- Tuition and Fee information can be obtained from Web for Students by following the instructions below.
- Access A&M-Texarkana's Website at http://www.tamut.edu
- Select Current Students
- Select Web for Students
- Select Enter Secure Area
- Log in using your Student ID and six digit PIN
- If Student ID is unknown, click here to recover https://appsprod.tamuc.edu/lookupcwid/default.aspx
- If PIN is unknown, click here for reset instructions https://tamut.edu/Admissions/Enrollment-Services/Registrar/WebforStudentpinreset.pdf
- Select Student
- Select Student Account
- Select 1098T via MAXIMUS TRA Services. This will open a new window.
- If you have logged in before, simply log in.
- If not, select First Time Students
- Enter the last 5 digits of your SSN or your full student ID
- Enter your first and last name as it is listed with Texas A&M University Texarkana
