Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan

This Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) is being implemented by Texas A&M University-Texarkana for internal control, surveillance, and quality control pursuant to Section 1.6 “Quality Assurance” of the Facilities Support Services Agreement. In order to provide oversight and regular inspection, this plan sets forth the procedures and guidelines A&M-Texarkana will use in ensuring the desired performance standards or service levels are achieved by the Contractor.
