Important Information:

CASE Graduate Studies will require transcripts, letter of interest, copy of RN in license, resume and 2 letters of recommendation to consider your application complete.  We will be scheduling interviews for applicants in early June.

Accepted applicants will then need to submit a drug screen, proof of insurance, immunizations, and background check within 2 weeks of being notified of their admission into the program.

For the drug screen, this must screen for a minimum of 10 drugs (can be more but not less). This can be done at an area urgent care facility or at the student’s primary care provider. Results can be faxed into 903-334-6741 or emailed to nursing@tamut.edu.

The background check information can be found on the FBI webpage.

For the personal health insurance, there are no specific limits or company.  You will simply need to provide proof of personal insurance.

For your immunization records, the program is evaluating for tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis, MMR, influenza, bacterial meningitis (you may be exempt from this depending on your age), Hep B, TB skin test.
