Eagle Access Program
Eagle Access
Students who do not meet institutional requirements for full admission are offered consideration through an alternative admission process, Eagle Access. Eagle Access is designed to prepare students for success at Texas A&M University-Texarkana by providing the curriculum, connections, and support conducive to a smooth transition to university life.
Students who meet the alternative admissions requirements are eligible for the Eagle Access Program. Space is limited to the first 45 students.
Program Requirements
Students accepted into the Eagle Access Program will be required to take a University Student Success course, IS 0300 (3sch) and up to 9 additional semester credit hours of any required developmental education courses. Success in the Eagle Access Program and subsequent full admission to Texas A&M University-Texarkana is defined as achieving at least a C or better in all developmental coursework and a GPA of 2.0 in all non-developmental coursework.

Living On-Campus-Bringle Lake Village
When you live on campus, you enhance your college experience by forming friendships and participating in many campus organizations, activities, and recreational sports.
