Pedagogy and Professional Responsibility (PPR) Test: Junior Year, 1st Semester - Candidates may register for PPR Test preparation session with the TPP Office once admitted to program. (see TPP Calendar for dates) Students register for PPR (TExES #160) upon completion of successful test preparation.
Content Test(s): Junior Year, 2nd Semester - Candidates may register for Content Test preparation session with TPP Office once admitted to program. (see TPP Calendar for dates) Students register for Content (TExES) upon completion of successful test preparation.
Other required certification testing: Students on Degree Plan prior to calendar year 2018-2019 who are seeking EC-6 Core Subjects and Bilingual or Special Education attend additional test preparation sessions to receive test approval for the BTLPT, Bilingual Supplemental and EC-12 Special Education tests. Contact Teacher Preparation Office for test information and preparation.
Computer-based TExES Tests (CAT) are offered several times a month in approved testing centers.
