New Incoming Students Scholarships*
New Students' Fall 2026 - New students at TAMUT are defined as first-time in college, transfer, graduate, or international students that are enrolling for the first time at TAMUT and that are working on their first Bachelor's or Graduate degree. When a student completes the university's custom admission application, they automatically apply for TAMUT scholarships. Students are eligible to receive only one scholarship from the list below if they are accepted into a degree-seeking program. If you are eligible for multiple scholarships below, TAMUT will only award the scholarship with the highest amount. Students who receive a TAMU-T scholarship from a drawing, counselor, or campus event may only receive one offer. Students will be contacted via Ace Mail if a scholarship offer is made.
Scholarships are awarded for the fall and spring semesters only. University Partners Awards are available for summer semesters by request.
All students will be considered for TAMUT scholarships upon completion of our admissions application.
*Institutional scholarships, grants, and exemptions are awarded to help students cover their direct cost (tuition and fees, housing and meals if living on campus) to the school and can be offered up to the students total direct cost. Please note that if institutional scholarships, grants and exemptions exceed the students direct cost, no refund will be issued for the excess amount.
