Request Data
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research seeks to assist all data requests with the utmost accuracy and efficiency.
This data request page is for university personnel use only. All other public information requests must be submitted through the Open Records Request.
Your request must adhere to the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Requests for data are now available in iSite. Data related to, but not limited to, student demographics, assessment, enrollment, graduation, accreditation, majors, surveys, course and instructor evaluations, and historical information.
We have four options for requesting data provided below. Please review the descriptions before submitting a request.
WebFocus Request
Use this option to request an update to your existing WebFocus reports to add a new report to your domain.
Data Request
Use this option to request data without a WebFocus Account.
Consultation Request
Use this option to request a meeting to discuss your data and reporting needs prior to placing an official request.
Credential Request
Use this option to submit items for faculty credentialing.
iSite is accessed through the University Portal, portal.tamut.edu, or through the website iSite.tamut.edu.
Please do not email iSite directly. Email requests to iSite@tamut.edu will experience delays in response and processing as this method does not gather all pertinent requestpoints.
