Project Site Request
Thank you for your interest in submitting a project site for the TAMUT Big Event! This event would not be successful if it weren’t for our outstanding project partners.
Who do we serve?
With a primary goal of giving back to the community that supports us, we serve:
- Nonprofit Organizations
- City Governments
- Small Businesses
Please note that we prioritize nonprofit organizations.
How does it work?
We provide a group of volunteers (students, faculty, staff, alumni, and family members) on Saturday, April 13th, from about 8:30 am-12:00 pm, eager and willing to help you make BIG things happen for your organization, park, community, or small business. You provide direction and work!
Important notes
- We try our best to provide tools, gloves, and other supplies needed for your project, but it’s beneficial if you can provide your own. You can indicate your need on the request form.
- For the safety of our Eagle family, no power tools are allowed to be used.
- Your project must be located within 15 miles of campus, 7101 University Ave., Texarkana, TX.
We are a growing service event, and participant registration will determine how many projects we can commit to. While we cannot guarantee that your project will be accepted, we will make every effort to fulfill your request. Our committee looks forward to reviewing your request and will be in touch shortly.
