Renting Eagle Hall
Thank you for your interest in Eagle Hall at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. Eagle Hall may be rented by local performing arts groups, companies, or individuals who wish to hold performances, meetings or receptions. Eagle Hall can accommodate up to 300 people for a stand-up reception, 100 in a classroom setting, 260 in an auditorium setting and 200 in a banquet setting.
Renting Other Available Space
Texas A&M University-Texarkana has classrooms available for rent. The classroom sizes vary and can accommodate 25 to 75 people depending on the classroom chosen.

Non-University Groups
Please read the University Rule for Facility Rental before filling out a request.
If you are a non-university group, fill out a REQUEST FORM and you will be contacted with information about Eagle Hall or Classroom availability.
Required information for Rental Consideration:
- The name of your group and for-profit or not-for-profit status
- Contact information for your group
- What is the event going to be
- How many patrons are you expecting to attend your event?
- What is your preferred dates/times for your event?
Requests are not confirmed until you are contacted by the Contracts Office who will coordinate dates with you if available. Your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted by e-mail about available dates and times.
