Business Office Forms & Marketplace Information

TouchNet Marketplace

TAMUT Marketplace is an eCommerce platform available to all departments. Your department can request an online storefront to sell merchandise, collect dues, take donations, and accept credit card payments securely. The funds generated from completed orders are deposited directly into your department’s account.

New Marketplace Site Request Procedures

Step 1 - Access the request form from the business office website

Step 2 - Make sure to provide emails in the additional store manager box for those needing product order fulfillment notifications.

Step 3 - Provide a brief description of what your product or store will be

Step 4 - Provide a brief description of what products or services being sold or collected on.

Step 5 - Determine the default account for funds to be deposited into AND account object code. Forms cannot be submitted without an account or object code. If you are needing assistance, please email ecommerce@tamut.edu. There is object code reference charts available on the Accounting website.

Step 6 - Assign the creator of the form as the store manager signature. Assign the account manager of the default account being used as the account manager signature.

Step 7 - If the request form is for a store or product that has not been created for use before (recurring camps or events) please make sure you email your graphic to megan.white@tamut.edu, once you have received. Please allow 7-10 days for marketplace requests to be completed.
