FAQ

How can I submit a Help Desk ticket?

The IT Help Desk offers prompt and efficient assistance to the Texas A&M University-Texarkana (TAMUT) community. Our team comprises of competent Client Support Specialists, who are certified and adept in resolving complex technical issues, alongside skilled student employees who have received comprehensive training. There are four ways to open up a Help Desk Ticket:

You can call the IT Service Desk at 903-334-6603.  Please have your UIN or Campus Wide ID (CWID) available for verification when you call our Help Desk.

You can also submit a support request via iSITE and logging in with your EagleID.  If you are submitting a self-service iSite ticket, be as detailed as possible (ex: When logging into my email account, I am receiving error code xxxx).

Email the IT Service Desk at isite@tamut.edu.  Please provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing and a good phone number for us to call you on.

Visit the Help Desk located in the University Center building, room 357.
