The HESI A2 is generally taken from home from your own device. If you do not have a compatible device or need an accommodated setting, you can elect to take the exam in the Testing Center.

The Testing Center cannot implement accommodations for the online HESI A2 exam. While items listed in an approved accommodations letter may be permitted in the testing room, the Testing Center cannot coordinate or schedule accommodations with HESI or ProctorU. All accommodation coordination with ProctorU must be handled by Admissions Coordinator Mrs. Kristie Avery, who can be contact via email at kavery@tamut.edu or phone, (903) 334-6747.

Students seeking accommodations must submit their request through Student Services, specifically Director of Student Life, Celeste McNeil, who will assist with documentation and the accommodations letter. Once the letter is issued, students must contact Mrs. Kristie Avery to determine which accommodations ProctorU can support for the HESI A2 exam.

Please note that approval through Student Services does not guarantee that all accommodations can be implemented by ProctorU due to testing policies and security requirements. The University and Testing Center do not control accommodations approved by external testing providers.

Administrative Hours | M-Th 9:00am to 4:30pm | Testing Hours During the Semester | M-W 9:00am to 10:00pm, TH- F 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Sat 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
NOTE: Testing hours are subject to change. Please contact us with any questions regarding scheduling. Please note that closing times are prompt. Students must begin their exams early enough to finish by closing time.
