John F. Moss Library - Due to the weather emergency, the John F. Moss Library will be closed January 24 and 25. Please monitor this website, email, and social media for updates about operations on Monday.

The National Weather Service has announced a Winter Storm Warning for the Texarkana area beginning Friday 1/23/26 at 6 pm through Sunday 1/25/16 at 6 pm as well as an Extreme Cold Warning for the Texarkana area from Saturday 1/25/26 at 6 pm until Tuesday 1/27/25 at noon.
Wintry precipitation will be arriving in the region this evening, with temperatures falling below freezing in the early overnight hours. Temperatures are not expected to return above freezing until early next week.
